Katie Morgan has a longstanding history of serving local organizations including the Marion Community Schools Board of Trustees, Marion Arts Alliance, the Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors, the Marion City Planning Commission, the Marion Redevelopment Commission, Marion High School Alumni Association, and God's House Ministries. Katie has been the Executive Director of CSA since 2014.

Shelly Inskeep studied dance at LaDanz Studio in Marion for 14 years before studying Dance Management at Oklahoma City University. Shelly spent 8 years teaching dance before she began working in administrative roles at CSA in 2009. Shelly accepted the role of Artistic Director in 2014.

Stephanie Bratton graduated from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business. After completing an internship in Music Publishing with Sony Music Entertainment in Nashville, Tennessee, she accepted a job as a Production Runner for Live Nation Entertainment in Indianapolis, where she worked until she came to CSA in September of 2014.

Brandy Revennaugh is the Director of Dance at CSA. Brandy studied Addiction and Psychology at Indiana Wesleyan University. Brandy has been working in the arts for 22 years, and has a background choreographing and teaching for multiple studios in Indiana and Missouri, judging for Hall of Fame and Expressenz, and is currently a director for in10sity Dance. Brandy began teaching at CSA in 2012, when Dancers Edge Company became part of CSA.

Rachel has a B.S. in Theatre Performance from IWU. Rachel's background includes two off-broadway performance touring plays, street theatre at the Olympics in Sochi, Russia, featured actor at Fairies, Sprites, and Lights at Cornerstone Center for the Arts, 14+ community and IWU plays/musicals, 5 short films in Indiana, Colorado, and Tennessee, 1 film documentary in Illinois, and 2 radio dramas broadcasted in 18 countries. Rachel has taught at Cornerstone Center for the Arts and Upward Bound. After interning with CSA, Rachel began teaching at CSA in Spring of 2011.

Meagon Orr is the accounts and operations manager at CSA. Meagon graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. Meagon began working at CSA in 2013, but first got involved when her daughter, Mia, started taking CSA classes in 2010. Meagon credits Mia's love of the arts for bringing her to this career.
